Support MONAD Agency by creating clear, engaging content for both digital and on-site platforms. This role helps bring exhibitions, artists, and programming to life through consistent, creative storytelling.

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to shape the visual and narrative pulse of the MONAD ecosystem across fashion, music, and art (on Instagram and beyond). We’re looking for someone experienced in producing scroll-stopping Reels, cinematic behind-the-scenes content, and elevated aesthetic posts. As the voice of our brand, you’ll translate concepts into bold, stylish content that resonates with our digital audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling photo and video content for Instagram, web, and on-site activations

• Produce high-energy Reels, cinematic BTS, and aesthetic visual posts

• Capture and edit content at exhibitions, events, and community gatherings

• Translate creative concepts into engaging digital storytelling

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content

• Collaborate with artists, designers, and internal teams to support programming and campaigns

• Assist with content planning and production timelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in videography and/or professional content production

• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms)

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments

• Detail-driven with strong organizational skills

• Passion for fashion, music, art, and culture

Pay Rate (Part-time): $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
