The submission deadline shared with you via the image request email is a hard deadline.
Your artwork must be submitted by this time to ensure your work will feature in the gallery.

Only photos within the below specifications will be accepted; we will not accept low resolution images, JPGs or other file types. Please convert your images before uploading.
Ratio: 3:4 (18x24 inches) [Portrait or Landscape]
Format: High Resolution TIFF Files (Larger File Sizes are best)
Maximum number of images: 2

Artists are unable to take home frames after exhibition openings.

Please note, the name of your Google Drive folder is the name you inputted when you submitted to us.
This name will also be used on your name card in the gallery. There will not be QR codes on your name cards unless you have been otherwise notified.

As an exhibiting artist, you retain 100% of the rights to own and sell your artwork.
If you sell your artwork at the show, you take 100% of the sale. To ensure a consistent gallery presentation, we do not display prices on the art work.

Printing: Monad handles all printing and framing of your two pieces.
Print size: 18 x 24 inches
Inkjet Paper Type: Moab Premium Matte Paper
Semi-gloss or extra heavyweight fine art paper available upon request.

We are unable to facilitate artwork pickups after your exhibition day.
At the end of each gallery opening, the Monad team will wrap and handover artist prints.
If you are unable to take your prints home on opening night, we will ship them to you at your expense. Shipping requests must be made within 3 days of the exhibition.

All artists are guaranteed +2 guests who’s names will be requested before event day.
All other guests must RSVP to attend (no exceptions).
